1. Lawful, relevant outreach

You may use Xsender for lawful, relevant outreach to recipients you have a valid reason and lawful basis to contact. You must use a truthful identity, lawfully sourced contact data, relevant targeting, and reasonable frequency.

Stop outreach after an opt-out, unsubscribe, or clear rejection. Do not work around recipient blocks, platform restrictions, or prior suppression.

2. Platform rules and account responsibility

You remain responsible for the rules of X and every other platform you use. Xsender is not X-approved, does not promise policy compliance, and is not ban-proof or guaranteed safe.

3. Campaign confirmation

Before activation, customers must confirm the sender accounts, recipient or target lists, message variants, schedule, and volume. A material change to those items requires renewed confirmation before more sending.

Xsender records the confirmed campaign revision and time. Changing recipients, sender accounts, message content, schedule, or volume pauses an active campaign and requires confirmation again.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Spam, bulk irrelevant messaging, repeated contact after rejection, or deceptive contact sourcing.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, counterfeit goods, or illegal conduct.
  • Deceptive finance, get-rich-quick schemes, or multi-level-marketing recruiting.
  • Dangerous medical claims, hate, extremism, threats, harassment, stalking, or abuse.
  • Attempts to bypass security, pacing, suppression, block lists, account binding, or duplicate-send controls.
  • Collection or use of data without a lawful basis, required notice, or permission.

5. Prohibited businesses and offers

Do not use Xsender to promote or sell pornography, adult sexual services, OnlyFans management, recreational or illegal drugs, tobacco or vapes, alcohol, gambling, or weapons.

Legitimate healthcare, education, recovery services, and ordinary restaurants may be used only when the outreach is lawful and complies with this policy. Xsender may limit or stop use after a support, security, abuse, or enforcement assessment.

6. Prohibited content

Text, links, profiles, and attachments must not be sexual, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe. Content must not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

7. Enforcement and appeals

Enforcement may include a warning, restriction, suspension, or termination. We may act immediately where delay could increase harm, fraud, platform risk, or legal exposure.

When safe, we will provide a general reason. To appeal, contact [email protected] from the account email and explain why the decision should change. The operator reviews the information and either approves or rejects the appeal. That decision is final unless mandatory law requires another process.

8. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include the sender handle, date, message, and any supporting evidence. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
