01Will my X account get banned?+
It has not happened once. Not one account we run has been suspended. It runs in your own browser, at the pace X publishes, one message per person. And we back it: if X suspends your account while Xsender ran it, you get that month back. That is our guarantee.
02Is this allowed on X?+
X does not allow bulk automated DMs to strangers, and we do not hide that. You write the message. It goes from your own account, inside the daily number X allows. You decide if that fits your business.
03Does anyone even see a cold DM?+
A DM from a stranger lands in a Requests tray, with no alert. So most cold DMs get no answer. On our accounts, about 3 in 100 people reply. The public median is under 1 percent.
04Do I have to keep my computer on?+
Yes. Keep Chrome open on your computer, or on a small rented one (a VPS). You log in to X yourself, in your own Chrome. We never see your password.
05How many DMs a day can I send?+
X sets the number, not us. 7 a day on a free account, 35 on Premium (8 dollars a month, paid to X). Add accounts to send more, up to 20 on Scale.
06Where do the leads come from?+
Bring your own list, or ask us. Paste handles, upload a CSV, or reach out and we can scrape a list of leads for you. One handle in five cannot get a cold DM at all. Xsender finds out and moves on, so your daily number is not wasted.
07Will my DMs look automated?+
You write them. Xsender fills in the name and handle, and rotates your versions so no two DMs match. Nobody gets the same message twice.
08When is my card charged? Can I cancel?+
