What an AI appointment setter needs on X

Search for an AI setter, or a DM AI agency. The tools that rank are built for Instagram or WhatsApp. They sit in an inbox and reply to what comes in. On X most of those chats do not exist yet, and X caps how many first messages an account can send a day. So a setter on X needs two things: an outbound that keeps sending inside the cap, and an inbox where the reply lands.

The workflow, 1 to 20 accounts

1. Upload a CSV of handles per campaign.
2. Write the message once, add two or three variants. Each send picks one and fills in the name and handle. Our cold DM scripts work as a DM setting script and are free to copy.
3. Connect each X account through the Chrome extension. You sign in to X yourself; no passwords are stored.
4. Set the hours and the cap per account, or let it read X's cap and back off.
5. Sends, failures and replies show per account as they happen. Pause any account with 1 click.
6. On Scale, pull what happened through the API.

Three straight answers

Can I white-label it? No. Your clients see what you show them, under your own name.

Can my team log in? Not today. Team seats are switched off; one login runs the workspace. Scale has API access, and the docs show exactly what that covers.

Does it need a computer running? Yes. Chrome has to stay open. Most agencies keep it on a remote machine or a cheap VPS, one window per X account.

Two rules matter more at 20 accounts than at 1. Duplicate text is X's named spam trigger, so every message must differ. And pacing is per account, so let the tool read each account's cap and back off. We make no safety promise. The one number we stand behind is 0 accounts banned so far for sending DMs with Xsender.

Can an AI setter work on X, not just Instagram?

Yes, if it has something to reply to, and on X that is the missing piece. Xsender sends the first message and the follow-ups from each account, inside X's cap. A person answers the replies; on Scale, an agent on the API can read and tag them first. The setter tools that rank today are built for Instagram inboxes.

What does an appointment setter do on X?

Reads the replies to first messages, qualifies the person, and books the call. That is the same job as on Instagram. The difference is the outbound before it. On X a stranger's chat does not exist until someone sends a first message, and X caps those per account. Xsender does that outbound part.

Can I run client accounts and my own from one login?

Yes. One login runs the workspace. Each X account connects through the Chrome extension with its own sign-in, its own hours and its own cap. Team seats are switched off today, so your setters share that one login or work from the inbox API on Scale. White label is not offered.

Can I connect my own AI agent?

On Scale, yes, through the API. The docs list what an API key can do today. It can read the inbox, mark, tag and pass conversations on, and pull sends and outcomes per campaign. It cannot send a reply. We do not promise more than the docs show.
